It's time once again for Winter Wonderland at Tilles Park in St. Louis County.
Fill up the family cruiser and slowly work your way through the one-mile route. Over one million twinkling holiday lights are fashioned into over 30 display areas of favorite characters and festive scenes, as well as a canopy of lights glistening throughout 75 acres of forest.
Tilles Park is at the corner of Litzsinger and McKnight roads. To get there, vehicles should take U.S. Highway 40/I-64 and exit at McKnight Road and proceed south on McKnight. Traffic should stay to the right and enter the park on right just before Litzsinger Road. Vehicles coming from Manchester Road should exit at McKnight Road and proceed north on McKnight. All vehicles must enter Tilles Park from southbound McKnight Road and enter the park on the right just before Litzsinger Road.
St. Louis County Parks delight on-lookers with amazing displays: a large jumping frog; an animated fireworks display; and festive Happy Holidays message. Favorites such as the Gingerbread House, river of lights and two tunnels are always there to light the way.
