Great Skate offers skating lessons for all ages every Saturday morning from 9:15-10 a.m. and Sundays from 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The cost includes skate rental, in case you don't have the old pair still sitting around gathering dust. The public session begins at 10 a.m. so you can practice what you learned at no additional cost!
Group lesson skaters will learn how to stand and balance on skates, fall down and get up properly, start and stop properly, skate forward and backward, and turn around. All of those moves will come in handy one you get out there for real.
