This sweepstakes is open to US residents (excluding residents of Puerto Rico, New York, Rhode Island, Florida, or any other jurisdiction where prohibited), who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

To enter, visit www.stltoday.com/contests between July 20, 2012 through August 16, 2012, and follow the links and instructions to submit your entry information.  Each entrant must completely fill out the online entry form in accordance with the on-screen instructions. All entries must be submitted online. Mailed or hard copy entries will not be accepted. All entries must be received by August 16, 2012 at 11:59 p.m.  Failure to submit all required information and submissions in the manner required by these Official Rules may result in disqualification.

Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. If a winner is unreachable after seven days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected. If STLtoday.com cannot find an eligible winner for the prize, that prize will not be awarded. The name of the Winner will be posted online on the contest site after the prize has been awarded

GRAND PRIZE: One grand prize winner will be selected at random.  Grand prize includes:

• A two (2) night stay at West Baden Springs Hotel

•  One (1) round of golf for two (2) at The Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort

• A choice of spa services for two (2) at The Spa at West Baden (up to $270)
  

Approximate prize value $1,128.  Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.

Prize certificate will not include tax, alcohol or gratuity, and they will expire on August 31, 2013.

STLtoday.com reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

STLtoday.com reserves the right to restrict the winners to only persons whose primary residence is within a 60 mile radius of the affiliate's' office.

Employees of STLtoday.com, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

Entrants further grant to STLtoday.com, French Lick Resort and/or UPICKEM the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest. The prize winner acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall have no right of approval, no claim to any compensation, and no claim arising out of the use, of his or her name, address, personal information, photograph or likeness.

STLtoday.com,  French Lick Resort  and/or UPICKEM reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
